Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through SAINT MILLANO and shall be binding upon all customers. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. General Conditions
All products sold by SAINT MILLANO are subject to strict quality control standards. Due to the premium and exclusive positioning of the brand, returns, refunds, and exchanges are permitted only under limited and controlled circumstances.
SAINT MILLANO reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any request at its sole discretion without prior notice or obligation to provide justification.
2. Eligibility for Return
A return request shall only be considered valid if:

The request is initiated within 48 hours from the time of confirmed delivery

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and remains in its original condition

All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories are intact and undamaged

The product does not exhibit any signs of use, alteration, odor, stains, or physical damage
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall result in automatic rejection of the return request.
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, the customer must provide:

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

Visual evidence clearly displaying the issue
SAINT MILLANO shall not be liable to entertain any claims in the absence of such proof. Any edited, tampered, or unclear evidence shall be deemed invalid.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Categories
The following categories shall be strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

Products purchased under discounts, promotional offers, or clearance sales

Customized, altered, or made-to-order items

Products categorized under intimate or hygiene-sensitive use

Items returned in a condition inconsistent with original delivery

Orders flagged under suspicious or fraudulent activity
5. Inspection & Approval Process
All returned items shall undergo a multi-level quality inspection upon receipt.

If approved: Eligible for store credit or exchange

If rejected: Product shall be shipped back to the customer at their cost
The decision of SAINT MILLANO’s quality control team shall be final and binding.
6. Refund Policy
SAINT MILLANO follows a strict no-cash refund policy.
Refunds shall not be processed to the original payment method except under the following exceptional circumstances:

Delivery of a completely incorrect product

Verified manufacturing defect of a severe nature
In all other cases, approved returns shall be compensated via:

Store Credit, valid for a limited duration as determined by SAINT MILLANO

Replacement of the product, subject to availability
Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
7. Return Shipping & Liability

The customer shall bear all return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise

SAINT MILLANO shall not be responsible for:

Lost shipments

Delayed transit

Damage occurring during return transit

Customers are strongly advised to use reliable and trackable courier services
8. Exchange Terms

Exchanges are permitted strictly for size-related issues only

Only one exchange per order shall be allowed

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability
SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to decline exchange requests if stock is unavailable.
9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of successful placement

Post this period, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or cancelled
SAINT MILLANO shall not be liable for any cancellation requests beyond the specified timeframe.
10. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
To maintain operational integrity, SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to:

Restrict or deny returns from customers exhibiting high return frequency

Cancel or refuse orders flagged as suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent

Permanently block accounts violating policy terms
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SAINT MILLANO be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Delays caused by logistics partners

Customer dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations
All liabilities are strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
